For fall Hermes took several fashion classics and gave them an
unexpected new twist. Like a navy trench coat that was double breasted
and got an extra zipper. Or the pink sweater worn over a turtle neck,
combined with an orange belt. Not to mention the red jersey pants with
matching jumper, yet contrasting orange shoes laces. But despite these
‘odd’ accents, the Hermes man still is as properly dressed as ever come
fall. He’ll look sharp in his navy colored suits and casual in his
cashmere sweaters. His leather pants and coats will give his style that
edgy touch. As perfect leather shoes, gloves and bags proof he is a man
who cares about details. And the item that probably says the most about
this man is his croc leather jacket; making him fashion forward, perhaps
even trend setting.

JOHN VARVATOS | Sophisticated mixture of fabrics
The collection is all about creating a
bridge between opposite universe, crossbreeding English dandyism with
New York modern coolness. The designer mixed different texture - smooth and rough
materials. The new tailored silhouette has a subtle hourglass shape, a
stronger shoulder and boot-cut trousers.
Eye and touch are constantly stimulated: traditional patterns such as
herringbone and checks are brushed away on short coats. Knit is bonded
with leather on an overcoat to get a firm feel, needlepunched shirts mix
knit and fabric. Bouclè knits add more texture, while suits are also
cut in knitted fabric. The used brushed tweeds, artisan finished
leathers, hand knit sweaters and washed velvet shoes created a timeless
and modern sophisticated elegance

In true Arnold & Son tradition, the brand has released one
of the most alluring and precise moonphase watches. The HM

market, rightfully joins the Arnold & Son Royal Collection. The
Royal Collection is inspired by the timepieces created in the early
part of John Arnold's life, and pay tribute to the watches he
produced for King George III and members of the royal court. The
timepieces in the Royal Collection demonstrate the brand's prowess
in traditional watchmaking and classical decorative arts.

A perfect place for a romantic wedding, what
else do you want to find for your special day. I visited several hotels
throughout the world and my favorite is still The Dylan Amsterdam.

warm and characteristic. Entering the front door you immediately will feel
comfortable and more then welcome.
The restaurant, called Vinkeles, with 1 Michelin
Star and 17 points of the Gault Millau gives you and your guests the greatest fine-dining moments.
To enjoy your wedding in romantic surroundings

Big Hair, Baggy Suits And Bold Prints Take Over Marc By Marc Jacobs Fall 2013 Runway
For the men, we saw a lot of bold and baggy suits, which is an
incredibly refreshing silhouette from all those skinny-suit-skinny-tie
ensembles we've been seeing as of late. In one look, we peep a light
pink tweed suit with super relaxed pants, an orange overcoat and polka
dot button-up shirt. Some other edgy ensembles included a colorful
orange and navy plaid peacoat with cuffed trousers and a red satin suit. I never thought I'd say this, this shiny suit actually looks really good. Marc finished each look with a set of low-top sneakers, which definitely gives these outfits a more relaxed vibe.

1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa one of the most beautiful and successfully designed race cars ever.
This particular 250 Testa Rossa, number 0714TR, was successfully raced
during the late 50's and early sixties in places like Brazil, Cuba, and
Portugal and after an active career now exists in this restored state,
wearing it's factory black and red livery.
Only 22 of these pontoon fender Testa Rossas were ever
built, and after the 250 GTO, the 250 TRs are considered the most
desirable Ferrari's in history.

Maurice Lacroix | Masterpiece | Seconde Mysterieuse
At the
press day I visited in Amsterdam the Swiss watch brand Maurice Lacroix also prensented their key pieces.
They
presented the novelties of the Baselworld for example the masterpiece Seconde
Mysterieuse. This watch
features a unique, world's first, floating second display that dominates the skeletal
inner workings of the movement. The off
centre hour display adds to the sensation of experiencing the extraordinary, to
leave those who experience it in awe of its enchanting mystery.
Take a look

REICHERT PR pressday Amsterdam | The Dylan Amsterdam
On October 8th I visited
the Reichert PR Pressday in Amsterdam. They organized this
special press day in The Netherlands for the first time.
The location was the
beautiful surrounding of The Dylan Amsterdam. One of the world's first boutique

The brands they presented
were a wide range of luxury goods. Fashion labels like Guido Maria Kretschmer,
GLAW and Nobis as well as the Austrian shoe brand HÖGL presented the upcoming
trends for 2014.
Highlights of the day were
the novelties of S.T. Dupont and Maurice Lacroix. The French and Swiss
manufactory presented their products in a lovely way.
I definitely have my
favorites and recommend you all to follow these brands in 2014!!
